The Aspenwood Townhome is located just off Howard Drive in the heart of Warm Springs, just a block away from the Sun Valley ski lifts. You can find shops and dining within a 1 block radius of the condo, an there are free area-wide KART bus stops at Apples Bar & Grill and Creekside Estates, both of which are only half a block away and run until midnight.
While placed in the perfect spot outside, this beautiful Sun Valley Vacation rental has plenty to recommend it on the inside as well. The building complex consists of four units that are ground-entry with three levels, one-car garages and on-site parking. There is an available outdoor common area at the back of the building that has an eight-person hot tub for guest use.
This unit has 2 master suites with full en-suite baths. The 1st is downstairs, where it has a 27" TV with an overstuffed leather side chair. There is also a private patio and easy access to the community hot tub just outside the door. The 2nd suite is on the 3rd floor. It has vaulted ceilings, great views of Sun Valley's beautiful Bald Mountain, and it's own 27" TV. The 3rd bedroom is on the second level just down the hall and features a sitting area and a CD mini-stereo with a full bath off the hall. All three bedrooms have queen beds and the entire unit is spacious and bright from the fabulous windows that also offer fantastic mountain view.
The second level also has a great room which contains a 50" flat screen TV/DVD, leather sofa and loveseat, 2 leather chairs with ottomans, and a deck with full Bald Mountain views. There is also an open dining area containing all new stainless appliances such as a glass top electric range and microwave. Rounding out the amenities, you can find a full size W/D in the downstairs hall closet.
This Townhome is an excellent place to stay when you need to rent a place for your vacation in Sun Valley.
